Eartec UltraLITE HD Hire
Wireless Talkback System Hire across the UK. Don't forget, we deliver the working day before and collect the day after the selected hire period below.
UltraLITE HD headsets eclipse all other full duplex wireless for performance and convenience because the transceiver is built right inside the ear cup. This self-contained ‘All-in-One’ design eliminates headset wires and even belt worn radios. They provide simultaneous talk, two-way voice communication for users that need to work with their hands yet also require one ear free to listen to what is going on around them.Product Information Product Specification
Eartec UltraLITE is a wireless talkback system that allows simultaneous communication between users. The intuitive headsets allow hands free conversation for up to 6 hours with the rechargeable lithium battery. The system can allow 5 users to communicate without a base station and any loose wires, and headsets are available in either single-ear or double-ear versions.
With the mini HUB, the Eartec UltraLITE system expands up to 16 wireless users. The HUB is a small base station that can either be mains powered or completely portable by using the supplied battery and beltclip.
The UltraLITE system is simple to use and does not require a license from OFCOM. The equipment works on the license free 1.9GHz band, which avoids interference from busy 2.4GHz frequencies.
We can deliver to almost any address in the UK using a reliable third-party courier. Delivery of the equipment takes place the day before and collection is the day after your selected hire period. The minimum hire period is only 24 hours!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to send any ID documents?
If you have not hired equipment from us in the past, we will need to confirm your identity. If you are a Limited Company, Limited Partnership or LLP, all we will require is a copy of your company letterhead. How does Delivery & Collection work?
We use DPD to collect and deliver equipment to almost any address within the UK. The cost for this is £30 inc. VAT. We aim to deliver the equipment the day before your selected hire date, and collect again the day after the end date. As usual with DPD, you will receive an email or text message with a 1-hour delivery/collection time slot on the day. It is important that someone is available at the address to greet the driver. Please be aware that failed collection attempts incur a £12.50 surcharge.
Do you require a deposit?
To proceed with a booking and to reserve equipment, we require full payment of the hire charge and a deposit. The deposit is calculated automatically at the checkout stage. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the hire once the equipment is back safely with us, in the full working condition that it left us in.
Do you offer any discounts?
If you hire equipment for more than 7 days, a 10% discount is automatically applied to the hire rate above.
Do you provide spare batteries?
We provide two batteries per headset or HUB (master station). Each battery should provide 4-6 hours of use on a full charge. If the kit contains a HUB, this can also be powered with the included mains adapter. Battery chargers are included as standard.
Do I need to take out insurance?
Although insurance is not compulsory, you would be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment as stated in our Terms & Conditions of Hire.
