ID Upload

As part of the ordering process for equipment hire, we need to verify your identity.

You now need to supply some ID via our safe and secure upload form. The ID needs to clearly show the relevant details and the requirements for this are set out below. ID must be uploaded in full colour. Please upload documents one at a time. 

You only ever need supply these details once. If you have supplied them previously, then you can usually skip this step.

	Limited Company, Limited Partnership or LLP Company letterhead   Sole trader or Personal customer Proof of ID (UK/EEA Passport or UK Full/Provisional Photocard Driving License) Proof of Address (see below) Accepted Proof of Address documents: Utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months Local authority council tax bill for the current council tax year Bank, Building Society or Credit Union statement dated within the last three months HMRC self-assessment letters or tax demand dated within the current financial year (P45/P60 not accepted)

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not store your details; we will simply add a pass mark to your account and securely destroy the files sent to us.
