We are fully operational and are dispatching orders as normal. Our same-day dispatch service is currently available to all orders placed by 2:00pm (subject to stock availability).
Deliveries within the UK will be sent by DPD or Royal Mail. Orders outside of the UK will be delivered by DPD or DHL.
A new EU-UK trade and co-operation agreement has come into force since 1st January 2021. We will continue to support our clients both in the UK and Internationally.
From 1st January 2021, we will be able to Zero Rate (0%) the VAT on all orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom. Goods will become subject to customs declaration and you may be responsible for duties and taxes made payable to the delivery company. You should check this with your local Authorities before ordering.
If you are a Northern Ireland resident, you can continue to receive goods from us as you usually would do, with no new requirements. This is made possible by HMRC's temporary declaration adoption until 31st March 2021.
If you are a Business located within Northern Ireland, you can also continue to receive goods from us with no new requirements, so long as the value of the goods does not exceed £135.
For Businesses located within Northern Ireland receiving an order from us with goods valued over £135, you must submit a declaration to HMRC within three months of receiving the goods. You will be able to use the free Trader Support Service to do so. You might also consider applying to join the UK Trader Scheme to avoid any risk of needing to pay tariffs on these goods.
