Eartec UltraLITE HD

We have some exciting news! After months of compiling feedback and designing new features, Eartec have released the UltraLITE HD range.

Some of the new features include a newly designed microphone, improvements to the volume levels, HD clarity with a new voice chip and best of all, increased capacity of up to 5 users without the need of a HUB!

This news will affect your existing Eartec UltraLITE system so please read this article carefully.

Availability

We aim to have the UltraLITE HD systems available and in stock from August 2018.

The existing UltraLITE (UltraLITE Classic) version will be available in limited quantities and on special order only by contacting us directly. If you purchased a system from us before August 2018, you will most likely have the UltraLITE Classic version. This will be phased out after September 2019.

Any system purchased from our website will be supplied as an UltraLITE HD System. (unless otherwise stated)

 

Compatibility

Unfortunately due to the complexity and changes to the internal design of the UltraLITE system, the existing Classic version (sold prior to August 2018) will not be compatible with the new HD version.

If you are looking to upgrade your existing system, you will need to contact us directly to order additional headsets or replacement parts. 

Eartec will continue to honour the 12 month warranty period on the UltraLITE Classic series. If you have any questions about your existing system, please do get in touch.
